What is School Wallet?
School Wallet is a cashless system that allows parents and guardians to send pocket money to students while at the comfort of their homes - so convenient.
How to use my School Wallet Card?
Once an account has been created for you on the school wallet system, your card will be activated and it's ready for use at your canteen and any other vendor within school. The same card can act as a gate pass when a student wants to step in and out of school for any given reasons.
What are the benefits of the School Wallet smart card?
School Wallet help students develop essential money management skills early, setting them up to build smart money habits. By managing their own money through the use of a smart card, students learn the value of responsibility and the consequences of their spending choices.
What if my School Wallet card is lost or stolen?
Once you notice your smart card is lost or misplaced, simply go to any school wallet self service terminal within school and block your card. A temporary card will be issued to you by the canteen manager for use for a period of one week as you try to search for the misplaced card. If it permanently gets lost, you will be charged for a replacement.
What happens to my money at the end of the term?
You can cash out your money to Zero balance at the end of the term at no cost. This is done by the canteen manager at any time at the end of the term. Alternative, you can still keep that pocket for use the following term. You can always check your balance at the self service terminal.
Do I incur any charges while making transactions?
No, there are no transaction charges while purchasing from the canteen or any vendor at school.
